    Sharing Your Information

We treat your personal information with strict confidentiality. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

    Service providers

We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business, such as cloud storage providers, email platforms, and accounting software. These providers are required to handle your data securely and only for the purposes for which it was shared.

    Professional advisors

We may share information with our own professional advisors — such as legal counsel or accountants — where necessary and subject to professional confidentiality obligations.

    Legal requirements

We may disclose your information where required by law, court order, or regulatory authority, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our legal rights or the safety of others.

    Business transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, your personal data may be transferred to the relevant third party. We will notify you of any such transfer and the privacy choices available to you.

We will never share client financial information, business information, or engagement details with any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law or professional regulation.

    06

    Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, regulatory, accounting, or reporting requirements.

    Specifically:

    • Enquiry and contact data where no engagement follows: up to 12 months
    • Client engagement records (contracts, correspondence, deliverables): 7 years following the end of the engagement, in accordance with Nigerian commercial and tax record-keeping requirements
    • Financial records relating to invoicing and payment: 7 years in line with FIRS requirements
    • Marketing consent records: until you withdraw consent or for as long as we maintain a marketing relationship with you

When personal data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it in accordance with our data retention procedures.

    07
